Plastic crushing pelletizing milling System

      Raw material: waste plastic film, plastic woven bags, jumbo bags

      The complete line ,first process is grinding, then go to extruder to pelletizing, finally to make powder.

1. Belt Conveyor- Crusher-silo

To make films/bags to small pieces like 40-60mm.

2. Belt Conveyor- first stage extruder- second stage extruder-water ring cutting- dewatering machine- silo

Usage: Film/bags flakes to make granules

Function: Two stage pelletizing line to make the pellets out more stable.

The granules size is Φ3*3mm (the size can be designed as your requirement)

3. Storage hopper to PP PE pulverizer machine

After pelletizing, the granules to go though pulverizing to get powder.
